Leadership Coaching
Mark offers consulting and coaching to church and business leaders in order to help them become more effective at what they are doing in the church and marketplace. It is crafted around the specific needs of the leader but revolves around four major areas:
1 - Leadership 2 - Communication 3 - Strategy 4 - Ministry and Entrepreneurship
WHAT COACHING LOOKS LIKES
- Zoom or in-person meetings every other month (6 in total) for one year, to help deal with whatever challenges or opportunities you are facing.
- Mark’s sermon notes offered as needed or requested.
- Listening to sermons or presentations and offering feedback and coaching
- Crisis phone calls if a crisis moment around staff, ministry, etc., occurs.
